Daniela has recently obtained her LL.M. degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law. She has over 16 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in Brazil, in Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. Daniela currently serves as associate at the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, a leading non-profit trade association promoting the comprehensive adoption of blockchain technology and cryptoassets across global markets. Prior to this, Daniela served as contractor at Bank of America in New York, where she worked in Business Controls for Corporate and Investment Banking – GCIB – COO. Also, served in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as in-house attorney at Itau Unibanco S.A., the largest Brazilian financial institution in Latin America, and senior associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados, awarded Brazil Law Firm of the Year in 2018 in the category Chambers Latin America by Chamber & Partners. Earlier, in 2009, Daniela obtained her Masters degree from University of Sao Paulo, in international law and intellectual property law
