Andrew Zankel is the 3rd generation of his family in the title insurance industry. With 20 years experience, Andrew guides his clients through the title process from application to closing. Andrew’s career began at First American as an examiner for their NYC office. He later joined the family business, North Shore Abstract, Ltd, as a reader and title officer. For the next 5 years he worked in every aspect of the company completely learning the title industry. With the merger of North Shore Abstract, Ltd into Fidelity National Title in 2008, Andrew changed his focus to sales and title closings. Since starting Core Title Services in 2013, Andrew oversees the day to day operations making sure his clients have all their needs met and expectations exceeded.
Andrew graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2000. He later earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in 2011. He is a proud member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA) and is the chairperson of their Technology Committee. Andrew conceptualized a New York City based real estate technology conference (TitleTech) which he is implementing on behalf of the NYSLTA in November, 2022. In his spare time, Andrew has been building a technology startup which will target the closing and contract process of a real estate transaction.
Andrew also serves on the board of Variety Child Learning Center, a not-for-profit school for children with special needs.
